"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.

Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch.

Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.

Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow.

Routine is the enemy.

Keep workouts short and intense.

Regularly learn and play new sports."

 

Welcome to ForgedFit!

   Our mission is to forge increased physical capacity through constantly varied, functional, high intensity training. We take an evidence based approach, and only incorporate the most effective training methods into our program. Our training is hard work, but well worth the effort. We use Crossfit programming which is unmatched in improving physical fitness and in its scalability to every individual from top tier athletes to those with little to no fitness background.

 Our program is led by an instructor whose job is to teach you to move effectively and safely as well as tailor our program to your needs and abilities. Everyone can benefit from our program, men and women, young and old. Nobody should train ineffectively.

  We train groups with a fun, encouraging, competitive atmosphere. Training with others will help you stay focused, push yourself, ultimately reach your goals, and you'll make new friends in the process!
